How To Care For Black Hair

I know you'll be excited to learn the key to' creating healthy locks is moisture
and gentle treatment.
If your hair is braided, natural, or relaxed black hair is beautiful.
Protecting your hair does take a bit of effort, but well worth the wait.
The more you wash your locks, the more you're stripping it of moisture.
You should wash your hair every seven to ten days, bbut you can easily get away with just washing your hair every fourteen days.
This prevents dryness and also product buildup. Do use a moisturizing shampoo for dry hair followed by a moisturizing conditioner.

You may also want to consider sleeping on a silk or satin pillowcase, when compared to a cotton pillowcase.
Silk or satin pillowcases tend to help prevent hair breakage, frizzing and dryness.
Silk or satin is a great choice for many reasons, it does your hair good  and its a great choice for your skin. Mainly because they don't draw out moisture from your hair the way cotton pillowcases can do.
Cotton pillowcases tend to create breakage, tearing and snagging your hair.
Also aimlessly sucks the moisture out of your hair which tends to make your hair even more brittle and frizzy.
If you don't happen to own a silk or satin pillowcases a silk or satin scarf or bonnet will do just as good too.

You can use any moisturizing cream or natural oil to prevent your hair from drying, breaking or snagging.
I recommend using natural oils such as castor, coconut or olive oil. By moisturizing your hair it helps prevent split or damaged ends keeping your  hair hydrated and with reduced breakage. Covering your hair for fifteen minutes before actual moisturizing helps you deepen the effects of your moisturizer which is a great key to healthy beautiful results.
